Type 1 Standard Mount
First choice in comfortable safety when the building has a flat, strong wall and a simple flashing detail. This model accommodates a fascia board to 6" below the top of the roof edge flashing.

Type 2 Standard Mount
Use this model when a gutter up to 8" wide by 8" tall is present. This model needs to be attached to a strong wall.

Type 3 Adjustable Mount
This model should be selected when the solid wall has items interfering with the normal fixed attached points, such as, fascia boards below 6" from roof edge or conduits, piping, or other features. This unit has attach points that can be adjusted up, down, in or out to match the attach surface. It will also accommodate gutters. Stainless hardware and a drill bit are supplied with this model for adjusting attach points.

Type 4 LadderDock
When the only solid attach point is a wood nailer, or other solid base supporting the roof edge flashing, such as is with an EFIS wall system. Using this model requires ladder to extend above the roofline and transitioning around the ladder to and from the roof is required as there are no hand rails.

Type 5/LadderMate Designed for residential and commercial pitched roofs. This model secures to roof and clears normal gutters. Adjusts and is fixed to match roof pitch. Like the Ladder Dock above, the ladder must extend above unit for secure transition on and off the roof.
